1. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary based on the total weight of the order, the delivery destination, and the shipping method selected. The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, and the weight of our products can be found on the product details page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Exact shipping costs are calculated in real-time and displayed during the checkout process.

2. What shipping methods do you offer?

We provide both standard and expedited shipping methods. The specific carriers used may vary depending on your location and the size of the items being shipped to ensure the most efficient delivery possible.

3. Do you have a minimum order?

No, Scott Performance Wire does not require a minimum order amount. If you have questions about ordering a single component, rather than a complete set or kit, contact us before placing your order to speak about options.

4. Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes. If you need your parts quickly, expedited shipping options are available for selection at checkout for an additional fee.

Making an assumption here - most do offer some kind of fast shipping, assuming they do as well.

5. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from the time it takes for a carrier to transport your package to its destination. Processing and shipping times are also based on the availability of your items. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

6. Where are you located? How long does shipping take?

Our facility is located at 124 Poplar Pointe Drive, Suite 105, Mooresville, NC 28117. Shipping transit times depend entirely on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

7. Will you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

8. If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?

For security purposes and to ensure your order is placed in our fulfillment queue immediately, your credit card is charged at the time the order is placed.

9. If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?

In the event that a part is out of stock, our team will contact you directly to provide an estimated restock date and discuss how you would like to proceed with your order.

10. Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?

No. To ensure accuracy and security, we only ship to one address per order. If you need items sent to different locations, please place separate orders for each destination.

11. Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

Yes, we do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. However, please be aware that additional shipping fees will apply to these destinations.

12. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?

Yes. Shipments destined for PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

13. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Contact us before placing your order if you are unsure about shipping to your location.

14. Do you ship hazardous items?

No. Scott Performance Wire does not carry or ship hazardous products.

15. Do you ship oversized parts?

Yes, we can ship oversized parts. Please note that these items may require special handling, may not be deliverable to all locations, and may be subject to additional shipping fees due to their size and weight.

16. What happens if you ship the wrong part?

While we strive for perfection, mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a return and send out the correct replacement part. Claims for incorrect items must be made within seven (7) business days from date of delivery.

17. What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?

It is critical that you inspect your package and its contents for damage. If you notice damage, take clear photos of the packaging and the product, and contact us right away for assistance. Claims for damaged items must be made within seven (7) business days from date of delivery.

18. How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?

We encourage all customers to carefully review fitment data and installation instructions provided on our website before finalizing an order. If you have any doubts, please contact our support team for assistance.

19. What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?

If a part does not fit, please contact us to discuss the situation. You may refer to our standard Return Policy [LINK] for details on how to return the item for a refund or exchange.

20. What if my address changes before my order ships?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Please be aware that once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to change the delivery destination.

21. What if I never receive an order?

If your tracking information shows the item was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier facility. Scott Performance Wire is not liable for orders that are stolen after they have been successfully delivered to the provided address.

22. What happens if I refuse the shipment?

We strongly advise against refusing a shipment. If you no longer want the order, please accept the delivery and then contact us to begin the formal return process. Refusing a shipment may result in additional shipping charges and processing fees.
