Our Southeast Gassers Association Contingency Program

Scott Performance Wire has had a long tradition of supporting racing bodies. We attempt to give back to the racing base we have created through decades of hard work and friendships.

We have over 45 years of experience competing in both NASCAR and the NHRA. Because of that history, we help provide a contingency program for race teams and sanctioned racing we believe in.

As of right now, we are taking a more retro approach with our sponsorships in the form of some good ole fashioned solid front axle mayhem!

Gassers were a phase in the development of drag racing that was filled with high horsepower, 4-speed slamming, and wheel-standing fun that has created a large following in the car culture. This tradition has continued and few have carried this love of gassers more than the Southeast Gassers Association (SEGA). With events all year at multiple tracks, SEGA is a very competitive racing series that many drivers battle it out in era-correct Gassers with multiple classes including A, B, C Gas, and super stock, that delivers an amazing experience for both fans and drivers alike.

Scott Performance Wire is a proud sponsor of SEGA and we offer a contingency program for every driver that runs and wins at each race in the series.

The Program is pretty simple, winners and runner-ups will receive the following

A,B,C Gas: Winner: $175 Runner Up:$75

Super Stock: Winner: $150 Runner Up:$50

Our Program requires each driver that wants to participate to do the following

1. Each driver must run a Scott’s Wire sticker on the car with the phone number
2. You are required to buy your wires from us directly
3. Upon winning your class, the track tech will confirm that our product is equipped and will sign off for contingency money
4. Fill out the paperwork you are given at the track and turn in the forms to us so we can process them and send you your well-earned winnings.
